Stop Your Shit Shoveling
Creating New Endings to Old Stories
with Carl Hammerschlag M.D., Psychiatrist, Author, Healer
John Koriath PhD., Psychologist, Scientist, Teacher
Mona Polacca PhD Candidate, Spiritual Leader,
member of the 13 Indigenous Grandmothers
All founding members of The Turtle Island Project
If you are feeling stuck in work, relationships, at home, or trapped in repetitive patterns that are making you sick, and want to make some positive changes…then this workshop can help you create a new ending to your old story.
We will tell you stories in the language of neuroscience; learn about neuroplasticity (how the brain has the capacity to change no matter how long you’ve been shoveling the same old sh*t); and in the language of music, ritual, ceremony, trance, traditional wisdom stories, and how they provide a structure for creating new neural pathways.
In a healing community, we will mobilize strength within and support from the outside to help us get unstuck and move ahead.
